Photography and Production Rates (effective 1st January 2012)

Shoot and Deliver

Studio Photographer $120 per hour
Best use of one of our studio photographers is for images required for basic applications such as web, brochures and general purpose.

- Minimum 2 hours, includes Brisbane metro travel, nil post production, any post requested is $75.00 per hour

Studio Head Photographer Nam Nguyen $312 per hour
Best use our Head Photographer, is for images required for Media, Magazine, Graphic Design Imagery, HDR, Lighting aspects, Fashion and complex image requirment

- Minimum 2 hours, includes Brisbane metro travel, Includes post production one for one (one hour shooting = 1 hour post production).

All inclusive Corporate Staff Head Shots

- 1 to 2 Persons: On-site Brisbane Metro, including head photographer and assistant, includes two looks, post production, inclusive of air brushing and images on DVD in high resolution, with full publication rights . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $295.00

- 10 to 18 Persons: On-site Brisbane Metro, including head photographer and assistant, includes Group Shot, plus two looks for each person, post production, inclusive of air brushing and images on DVD in high resolution, with full publication rights . . . . . . $640.00

PHOTOGRAPHIC AND PRODUCTION PROJECTS
STAGE 1 : THE QUOTE We need to know these 10 points and then we can move ahead with a accurate quote for you. Simply email us with these points, 1 to 10. It’s quick and easy just list your answers 1 to 10 OR call us with the information for a quote and discussion of you requirements on 07 38491933.
1: The location; Town name or kilometres from nearest town?
2: Power supply; yes or no ?
3: Size of site to capture ? i.e. 100 meters or 1.2 kilometres.
4: What is the key event and/or location images required ?
5: What do you require? Photographic Images only, Production Video only, Both Images and Video
or Corporate Fusion (“Corporate Fusion” = A Corporate slide show with images, video, interviews, music and commentary).
6: Access to site; unencumbered in designated area for photographer/s or escort only ?
NOTE: Our photographers have Construction Induction Blue/White Cards in the respective states in which they operate.
7: Time perimeters of shoot ? i.e 2 hours, 4 days, by X date.
8: During the length of the project, is it a 24 hour work site or set work/open hours each day?
9: Would you like key managers / crew interviewed on-site to include in a fusion slide show or for stock video for later ? NOTE: We record in full HD broadcast quality video.
10: Do you require stock images to be taken while our photographer is on site? If yes, how many images ?
NOTE: requests for between 10 and 40 stock images (nil duplicates) are indicative of client requirements. Shock images are different from the primary subject i.e. If we are shooting a Luxury Hotel Interior a stock image could be a beautiful cocktail that could later be used on a web site or cocktail menu.
STAGE 2: THE ON-SITE Distance and time permitting, we always meet on-site with our clients. There we decide on best vantage points for capture and how many photographers and what camera equipment should be deployed for the best results. We consult with our client on key image requirements and framing i.e. what in include and what to exclude.
STAGE 3: THE CAPTURE We will arrive on time and liaise with required management. Our project manager will manager the shoot for the duration of the shoot and call up your managers and staff as required and if applicable. Our project manager will advise ahead of time while on shoot, of up coming requirements, such as clearing or cleaning down areas, set dressing, quite needed, background crowds, ambiance or models to be in place.
STAGE 4: THE PRODUCTION In production, along with editing the images we have captured, we can add client branding and logo/s, insert overlay text if required as well as full graphic design.
I addition, if we are completing a corporate slide show for a client. We can add music composition, interviews and/or commentary. Your end video product can be as long or as short as you like. 2 minutes is a good benchmark however 30 seconds or 5 minutes may serve your message better depending on your target market. Our clients receive previews at various stages of production and before the final video edit and our clients are always are provided the opportunity to approve or request alterations before final edit.
STAGE 5: DELIVERY Clients receive on DVD, HR images and if we are also doing a fusion production the “final cut” MASTER COPY of the video in High, Standard and Web formats (you will also receive 3 duplicates). We will also upload to Vimeo or You Tube and provide the embedding link for web site, e-newsletter and on-line media applications. We will also provide the “full length unedited” HD copies of all video for archiving. Last but not least, Copyright ownership is held by the client.
