Booking and Cancellation Terms and Conditions

A $250 booking fee is  required to confirm wedding date and is non-refundable.

The $250 booking fee is considered part payment for any package you choose and is deducted from the package total.

Payment terms and conditions:

The below payment terms and conditions are applicable unless you have a
direct debit payment plan in place with Burning Image Photography.
Payment of 20% of package total required no less than 120 days before booked wedding date.
Payment of a further 20% of the package total required no less than 90 days before wedding date.
Payment of a further 20% of the package total required no less than 60 days before wedding date.
Payment of any remaining amounts must be paid in full, no less than 30 days prior to the booked wedding date.

Cancellation and refund terms and conditions:

Refund less $250 booking fee and less 12.5% of the package value, if cancelled 91
days or more prior to the wedding date.
Refund less $250 booking fee and less 25% of the package value, if cancelled 90
to 61 days prior to the wedding date.
Refund less $250 booking fee and less 50% of the package value, if cancelled 60
to 31 days prior to the wedding date.
Refund less $250 booking fee and less 60% of the package value, if cancelled 30
to 7 days prior to the wedding date.
Refund less $250 booking fee and less 75% of the package value, if cancelled 7 days
or less prior to the wedding date.
*Refund only applies to funds received by Burning Image Photography.
*All Cancellations must be in writing.
*Burning Image Photography reserves the right to cancel the booking if the
booking and payment terms above are not complied with and the above refund
policy will also apply.
